Foot Rest or Kick in Strap by Apco Aviation. Really useful for getting into your harness after launch improving aerodynamic shape, improving weight shifting and taking just the load off your feet.

Wonderful!
Using on my Nirvana with HHP harness. I connected to the carabiners and skipped the snaps. Very comfortable in flight and I think even gives me a little efficiency boost.

Kick in strap
Have not used in flight yet, tried it out during the hang test. Seems to work great, quality is nice and it hooks up great with my new Apco harness.
