Works well
You could use any torque wrench to tension the belt but this is super handy because you can tie a gallon of water on the end of the wrench it applies the correct amount of tension contentiously without the need of a second set of hands. While its holding tension you can go and tighten the retention bolt. Also Skysports USA in my experience has been very quick to ship and I will be using them for my parts needs from here on out.

Compact and does the job
The metal of the wrench is a bit soft and warped slightly during shipping, however, I was able to straighten it by hand without much effort. Its slim profile allows it to fit in my small tool bag for field use which I like. When used for its intended purpose I think it'll hold up well enough. The Allen bit is a separate piece btw. It comes taped to the wrench handle.
