Apco Light Universal Bridle made from this new material, will be offered alongside our existing Universal Bridle. The smart design of the Universal Bridles allows for connecting the reserve parachute to the harness without any metal links, further reducing weight and improving safety and strength.

The webbing is constructed from Dyneema fibers, only 12mm. wide, rated for over 1,700 [DaN]. The new bridles are stronger than before, allow for smaller weight and packing volume, and due to the material's mechanical properties, reduce opening shock by offering higher elasticity.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1  Expose shoulder bridle loop connection	Step 2  Thread the bridle through the loop
Step 3  Loop the bridle through itself	Step 4  Tighten the bridle
Step 5  Bridles connected to the shoulder loops	Step 6  Prepare the Mayday to be connected
Step 7  Heat shrink recommended, but not obligatory	Step 8  Thread the bridle through the loop of Mayday bridle
Step 9  Push the Mayday through the wider bridle loop	Step 10  Push the Mayday through the wider bridle loop
Step 11  Mayday and bridle looped	Step 12
Step 13	Step 14  Mayday bridle and Universal bridle connected
Step 15  Tighten each bridle separately. Make sure there is no slack left on each bridle loop	Step 16  Heat shrink the connection to fix the loop
